Guarda il videoM-CENTERFIRES has been projected for the loading of pistol's ammunitions, both RIM and RIMLESS. Thanks to its high productivity and to the simple gauge change, this machine is perfect for big and small lots of production.
L'alimentazione dei componenti è affidata a due tazze vibranti che, grazie ad un sistema elettronico di ultima generazione, garantiscono una vibrazione costante al variare del carico presente nella tazza stessa. Questo permette una continua alimentazione dei componenti, i quali verranno poi distribuiti per la successiva introduzione nel bossolo dai sistemi pneumatici.)
Il movimento principale è di tipo lineare – alternato, con una velocità massima di 100 battute al minuto. La precisione e l'affidabilità di questo movimento è garantita da camme meccaniche temprate e rettificate.
Il basamento, realizzato in carpenteria saldata, è estremamente robusto e garantisce stabilità all'intera struttura.
Each loading phase is controlled by sensors and photoelectric cells, which stops the production automatically in case of defects.
A touch-screen display allows to interact with the machine, informing the operator about the inputs and outputs state, thus facilitating the production processes as well as the adjustment phases.
An OMRON frequency controller allows to adjust the speed of the main motor, in order to gear the production speed according to the kind of loading in progress.
It is also particularly useful during the phases of adjustment and change of the gauge.
The routine maintenance has been simplified thanks to a centralized lubricant distributor, thus decreasing the machine stop times and, therefore, the costs. Besides, this system guarantees a uniform distribution of the lubricant, reducing the wear of the mechanical parts remarkably.
