MOD. SUPERRAPIDA

 

SUPER RAPIDA is the latest solution in shotshells loading technology.

Thanks to the highest production rate, combined with the lowest noise emission and the safety system, BSN means reliability and efficiency.

An encoder connected with the cams shaft make the set up operations very easy and fast, furthermore in case of production with particular component, the working speed can be controlled in closed loop with the inverter.

A new concept in the shells and wads feeders make them maintenance free.

High quality products are guaranteed by fault detectors installed in the head of the machine.

The complete shotshells loading line is available in two version:

  • a semi automatic packing system “SUPER RAPIDA + STYLBOX” with a production limit of 7200 pieces/hours
  • an automatic packing system (SUPER RAPIDA + SINTESI) with a production rate up to 12000 pieces/hour
