ASSEMBLING

ASSEMBLING, is an automatic machine engineered to assembly shot shells with high precision, tube, base-wad and brass head. After this operation is possible to extend ASSEMBLING machine capability with a cartridge case PRESSING machine. The machine is equipped with a safety protection.

  • Very strong machine frame, made of welded steel, gives stability to the whole structure.
  • The main movement is linear-alternate, the highest speed is 125 strokes/min. The precision and the reliability of this movement is guaranteed by hardened ground mechanic cams.
  • The components feed is accomplished by vibrating bowl feeder that, tanks to an advanced electronic system, guarantee a constant vibration according to the charge variations inside the bowl itself. This allows a continuous feed of the components, then distributed by pneumatic system for the subsequent insertion into the tube.
  • Each loading phase is controlled by sensor and photoelectric cells, which stops the production automatically in case of defects.
  • A touch-screen display allows to interact with the machine, informing the operator about the inputs and outputs state, thus facilitating the production processes as well as the adjustment phases.
  • An OMRON frequency controller allows to adjust the speed of the main motor, in order to gear the production speed according to the kind of loading in progress. It also particularly useful during the phases of adjustment and changing of the gauge.
  • The routine maintenance has been simplified tank to a centralized lubricant distributor, thus decreasing the machine stop tImes and, therefore, the costs. Besides, this system guarantees a uniform distribution of the lubricant, reducing the wear of the mechanical part remarkably.

PRESSING

PRESSING has been projected for forming the shells. Thanks to its high productivity and to its
simplicity, this machine is perfect for big and small lots of production.

  • The main movement is rotative, kinematic. The precision and the reliability of this movement is guaranteed by hardened ground mechanic cams.
  • PRESSING is an automatic machine for shell bottom forming, with electrical controls, high production and operative simplicity. The machine permits to press with high precision tube, base wad and brass head. After this operation is possible feed with a cartridges – cases the INSERTING machine. The machine has a kinematic movement for the transport and successive phases working. The machine is equipped with a safety protection.
